These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PornMoneyLab.com and the content, links, comparisons, recommendations, tools, and other features made available through Porn Money Lab (“PML,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Be an adult. Use the site lawfully. Don’t confuse an affiliate comparison site with the third-party services it reviews. Don’t steal our work, attack the site, exploit anyone, or expect PML to guarantee what happens after you leave through an external link.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using PornMoneyLab.com, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

PML may use hands-on testing, publicly available information, partner-provided information, feature and pricing research, user-experience observations, affiliate performance data, analytics, and other information when evaluating products or services.
We do not guarantee that your experience will match ours or that any product, service, match, interaction, performer, AI output, connection, price, promotion, availability, result, or level of satisfaction will be the same for every user.
6. Third-party websites and services

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PML IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, CONTENT, BILLING, SECURITY INCIDENTS, USER INTERACTIONS, MATCHES, TRANSACTIONS, AI OUTPUTS, OR OTHER ACTIVITY OCCURRING OUTSIDE PML.
Where applicable law does not permit a particular limitation or exclusion, that limitation applies only to the maximum extent legally permitted.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PML and its owners, operators, contributors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful or prohibited use of PML, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
This provision does not require a consumer to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Because adult browsing can reveal highly personal interests, we aim to minimize unnecessary collection and avoid unnecessarily tying adult-interest activity to a person’s real-world identity.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when PML’s features, business model, legal obligations, or risk profile changes.
The “Effective / Last updated” date above will identify the current version. Your continued use of PML after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
18. Governing law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute that must be resolved in court will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Colorado unless applicable consumer law requires another forum.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived under the law that applies to you.
19. Severability, waiver and assignment
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
You may not assign your obligations under these Terms in a manner that imposes duties on PML without our consent. PML may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a business reorganization, financing, merger, sale, acquisition, or transfer of the website or substantially all related assets, subject to applicable law.
