1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using PornMoneyLab.com, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Additional notices, disclosures, policies or terms may apply to specific PML features. If a specific feature has additional terms, those additional terms are incorporated into these Terms for that feature.

2. Adults only

PML is intended only for adults age 18 or older. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of PML and access to adult-oriented material are lawful where you are located and that you meet any higher applicable age requirement.

The site’s adult acknowledgement is an access notice, not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific age-verification technology when such technology is legally required.

3. What PML is

6. No guaranteed outcomes

PML does not guarantee matches, hookups, performer availability, pricing, earnings, anonymity, sexual outcomes, compatibility, service quality or any other result from a third-party product or service.

7. Lawful and consensual use

You may use PML only for lawful purposes. PML is not intended to facilitate exploitation, trafficking, non-consensual sexual content, content involving minors or ambiguous-age sexual content, fraud, harassment or other unlawful conduct.

8. Prohibited conduct

Do not attack, interfere with, scrape at abusive scale, reverse engineer for abuse, introduce malware, bypass access or security controls, impersonate PML, submit fraudulent information, or use PML in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

9. External access controls

PML does not authorize anyone to use VPNs, proxies, technical workarounds or other methods to evade laws, age-verification requirements, geographic restrictions or restrictions imposed by PML or third-party services.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the PML name, branding, original text, page designs, graphics, scoring systems, editorial structures, original research and other original site content are owned by or licensed to Porn Money Lab and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party names, logos, trademarks, images, screenshots, product names and other materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on PML does not necessarily imply sponsorship, endorsement, ownership or partnership unless explicitly stated.

You may use ordinary links to PML and make lawful fair-use references to our content. You may not copy substantial portions of the site, remove attribution, impersonate PML or use our branding in a way that falsely suggests affiliation or endorsement.

11. Information only, not professional advice

PML content is provided for general informational, entertainment, comparison and commercial-discovery purposes.

Nothing on PML is legal, medical, mental-health, financial, tax, cybersecurity, relationship, sexual-health or other professional advice. Consult an appropriately qualified professional when your decision requires professional guidance.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PML IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, CONTENT, BILLING, SECURITY INCIDENTS, USER INTERACTIONS, MATCHES, TRANSACTIONS, AI OUTPUTS OR OTHER ACTIVITY OCCURRING OUTSIDE PML.

Where applicable law does not permit a particular limitation or exclusion, that limitation applies only to the maximum extent legally permitted.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PML and its owners, operators, contributors, affiliates and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful or prohibited use of PML, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of another person’s rights.

This provision does not require a consumer to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Because adult browsing can reveal highly personal interests, we aim to minimize unnecessary collection and avoid unnecessarily tying adult-interest activity to a person’s real-world identity.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when PML’s features, business model, legal obligations or risk profile changes.

The “Effective / Last updated” date above will identify the current version. Your continued use of PML after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

18. Governing law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute that must be resolved in court will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Colorado unless applicable consumer law requires another forum.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived under the law that applies to you.

19. Severability, waiver and assignment

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

You may not assign your obligations under these Terms in a manner that imposes duties on PML without our consent. PML may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a business reorganization, financing, merger, sale, acquisition or transfer of the website or substantially all related assets, subject to applicable law.
