Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Porn browsing deserves more privacy, not less.

This Privacy Policy explains how Porn Money Lab (“PML,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit PornMoneyLab.com, interact with our content, or use links and features made available through the site.

Our privacy principle

Because PML covers adult interests, even ordinary browsing activity can feel unusually personal. We aim to collect only what we reasonably need, avoid unnecessarily tying adult-interest activity to a real-world identity, and be clear about the third parties involved.

Effective / Last updated: August 11, 2026

Information we may collect

The information available to us depends on how you use PML and which site features are active at the time.

Information you provide Email address, name or alias, message content, privacy requests, feedback, newsletter information, or other information you choose to submit through a form or communication.
Device & technical data IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, language, referring page or website, timestamps, and technical information used to deliver and secure the site.
Usage & interaction data Pages viewed, links clicked, approximate navigation paths, time or session information, traffic source, campaign identifiers, and interactions with PML features.
Affiliate attribution data Pseudonymous click identifiers, source/page/placement identifiers, conversion events, and commission or transaction-status information returned by affiliate networks or partners.
Approximate location Country, state, region, or similar approximate location may be inferred from IP address for security, analytics, routing, legal, or offer-availability purposes. PML does not intend to collect precise GPS location through ordinary website browsing.
Cookies & similar technologies Cookies, local storage, pixels, referral parameters, or similar technologies may be used for essential site functions, analytics, security, preferences, attribution, and other disclosed purposes.

Adult-interest activity

Pages you view or links you click on an adult website may reveal or suggest intimate interests or preferences. PML may process this activity in pseudonymous form for site operation, analytics, recommendation testing, affiliate attribution, fraud prevention, and performance measurement.

We do not intend to use PML browsing activity to create identified dossiers about a person’s sex life, sexual orientation, health, religion, or other sensitive personal characteristics. We also do not need your legal name merely to let you browse PML.

How we may use information

1
Operate and secure PML Deliver pages, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, investigate fraud, maintain security, and protect the site and its visitors.
2
Understand site performance Measure visits, page performance, referral sources, clicks, device mix and other analytics that help us improve the site.
3
Test recommendations and routing Evaluate which content, categories, placements and offers appear useful or commercially effective for different types of traffic.
4
Attribute affiliate activity Determine whether an outbound click, signup, purchase or other qualifying event may be credited to PML.
5
Communicate with you Respond to messages, requests, complaints, privacy inquiries or other communications you initiate.
6
Comply with law Respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, protect rights and safety, and satisfy legal or regulatory obligations.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

PML may use first-party and third-party technologies for essential functionality, security, measurement, analytics, affiliate attribution and preferences. Some categories of technology described in this policy may not be active at all times.

Essential technologies

Hosting, security, caching, session management and similar technologies may be necessary to make the website function reliably and safely.

Analytics

If analytics tools are enabled, they may collect device, network and site-usage information so we can understand traffic and improve PML. We will update this policy if our analytics practices materially change.

Affiliate tracking

Affiliate links may contain referral or campaign identifiers. When you click one, the destination company or affiliate network may receive information needed to attribute your visit or a later qualifying action to PML.

Important distinction: a third-party advertiser, affiliate network or service you visit after leaving PML operates under its own privacy policy. PML does not control what that separate company collects after you arrive there.

When we may disclose information

We may disclose information to categories of third parties when reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

Hosting & infrastructure providers Companies that host, cache, secure, deliver or maintain PML and its technical infrastructure.
Analytics & measurement providers Services used to understand traffic, performance and site usage if and when those tools are enabled.
Affiliate networks & advertisers Companies that operate referral programs, receive outbound traffic, attribute conversions or pay commissions.
Professional & legal providers Advisers, accountants, attorneys, security professionals or other providers when reasonably necessary for business operations or legal compliance.
Business transactions Information may be transferred as part of a merger, sale, financing, acquisition, reorganization or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable law.
Legal, safety & fraud matters We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or prevent fraud.

Sale, sharing and targeted advertising

PML does not intend to sell personal information for cash as a data-broker business.

However, privacy laws in some jurisdictions define terms such as “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” more broadly than ordinary English. Certain analytics, advertising, affiliate, cookie or tracking arrangements may fall within one of those definitions depending on how the technology is configured and how information is used.

Where applicable law requires PML to provide an opt-out from covered sale, sharing or targeted advertising, we will provide an appropriate mechanism and process legally recognized universal opt-out preference signals as required.

Our design goal: PML should make money because a visitor chooses a useful offer — not because we secretly built a side business selling profiles of what turns that visitor on.

Do Not Track and universal privacy signals

Some browsers offer a legacy “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) setting. Because there has not been a consistent industry standard governing how websites must interpret DNT, PML does not currently treat a legacy DNT header by itself as a universal instruction to disable all website measurement or affiliate attribution.

DNT is different from legally recognized universal opt-out mechanisms such as Global Privacy Control (“GPC”). Where PML is legally required to recognize a qualifying universal opt-out signal for covered sale, sharing or targeted advertising, we will honor that signal as required by applicable law.

Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including site operation, security, affiliate attribution, accounting, dispute resolution and legal compliance.

Retention periods can vary by data type. For example, security logs may be kept for a limited operational period, affiliate and accounting records may be retained longer for financial or contractual reasons, and communications may be retained while an inquiry remains relevant.

We may retain deidentified or aggregated information that can no longer reasonably identify or be linked to an individual, subject to applicable law.

Security

We use or intend to use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process. No website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We also try to reduce risk through data minimization: information we do not reasonably need is information we would rather not collect in the first place.

Third-party websites and services

PML contains links to independent third-party websites and services, including adult platforms, dating services, AI providers, privacy services, merchants and affiliate partners.

When you leave PML, the destination site controls its own privacy practices, accounts, payment processing, cookies, data collection and terms. Review that provider’s privacy information before providing personal or payment information.

PML does not currently process payment-card information for purchases made on affiliate partners’ websites.

Adults only

Porn Money Lab is intended only for adults age 18 or older, or the higher age of majority required to access adult content in the visitor’s jurisdiction.

PML is not directed to children and does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from minors through this website. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person who is not legally permitted to use PML, we may delete or restrict that information as appropriate.

Your privacy choices and requests

Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have rights concerning your personal information. Even where a particular statute does not apply, you may contact us with a reasonable privacy request and we will evaluate it based on the information we maintain and our ability to verify the request.

Access / Know Ask whether we maintain personal information about you and request access where applicable.
Correct Ask us to correct inaccurate personal information where applicable.
Delete Ask us to delete personal information, subject to legal and operational exceptions.
Opt out Opt out of covered sale, sharing or targeted advertising when applicable.
Limit sensitive data Exercise rights concerning certain sensitive personal information where the law provides such a right.
Appeal / Non-discrimination Where applicable, appeal certain privacy-request decisions and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination.

How to submit a privacy request

Email us at the address below. We may need information reasonably necessary to understand, locate and verify the request. Any information collected specifically to verify a privacy request will be used for that purpose.

California privacy disclosures

This section supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy for California residents. California privacy laws may provide different rights depending on the law involved and whether PML meets that law’s applicability requirements.

California Online Privacy Protection Act

This policy describes the categories of information PML may collect, how we use it, categories of third parties that may receive it, your available choices, how we address tracking signals, and how to contact us regarding information or policy questions.

California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act

If and when PML is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, eligible California consumers may have rights to know or access personal information, request deletion, request correction, opt out of covered sale or sharing, limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information, and exercise those rights without unlawful discrimination, subject to statutory exceptions.

Categories collected and purposes

In the preceding 12 months, depending on which PML tools and features were active, categories of personal information we may have collected include identifiers such as IP address or email address; internet or electronic network activity; approximate geolocation derived from IP address; commercial or affiliate interaction information; and inferences that may arise from website interactions.

We may use these categories for website operation, security, analytics, communications, affiliate attribution, recommendation testing, fraud prevention, legal compliance and the other purposes described above.

California sensitive information

PML does not intend to collect government identification numbers, financial-account credentials, precise geolocation, genetic data or biometric identifiers through ordinary site browsing. Because this is an adult website, however, browsing or interaction data may in context suggest intimate preferences. We aim to minimize such processing and avoid unnecessarily connecting it to a directly identified person.

Authorized agents

Where California law permits an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, we may request information reasonably necessary to verify the agent’s authority and the request, as permitted by law.

Sale or sharing

PML does not intend to sell personal information for monetary consideration. If any active technology constitutes “selling” or “sharing” under applicable California law, we will provide the legally required notice and opt-out mechanisms.

Colorado and other U.S. state privacy rights

Residents of Colorado and other states may have privacy rights under applicable state law, including rights to access, correct, delete or obtain certain personal data and to opt out of certain sale, targeted advertising or profiling activities.

Where required, PML will provide applicable privacy choices, respond to qualifying requests and recognize legally required universal opt-out mechanisms.

Some state laws also provide an appeal process if a covered business denies a privacy request. If an appeal right applies to your request, you may reply to our response and clearly state that you are appealing the decision.

Visitors outside the United States

PML may be accessible from countries that provide privacy rights or cookie requirements different from those in the United States. If we intentionally target or materially expand operations into a jurisdiction requiring additional notices, consent mechanisms or user rights, we may provide supplemental notices or controls for those users.

The availability of the website from a particular country does not by itself mean every PML feature or affiliate offer is intended or legally available there.

Changes to this policy

PML may update this Privacy Policy as the website, technology, business model, affiliate relationships or legal requirements change.

When we make changes, we will update the effective or “Last updated” date shown above. If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we may provide additional notice when appropriate or required by law.
